North/South Turf Club

Assembly capacity: 300 each side with tiered seating

Description:
Located above the Grandstands.
Restrooms within the building.
Capacity 333 and 473

Uses Include: Wedding Receptions, Banquets, Lectures and Conferences

Rental Rate: North & South Turf Clubs $900 per day. 

There will be additional charges for appropriate security.

A Contingency Deposit in the amount of $450.00 is required to hold a date and is non-refundable if cancelled. Once the event is held, the Deposit will be converted into the Damage Deposit and will be refunded within 10 days providing there is no damage.

SunDome Meeting Rooms


City of Yakima and City of Union Gap
These meeting rooms are located on the ground floor of the SunDome. Perfect for small meetings or lounge areas in conjunction with SunDome sporting events.

Available footage: 710 square feet
Capacity: 70 assembly, 50 banquet
Restrooms: ADA accessible
Floor: Carpet
Features: Blackout curtain, restrooms include showers.
Rental Rate: $450 per day
Deposit: $225



Rental fee includes tables and chairs, standard set –up, tear-down, general cleaning. There will be additional charges for appropriate security. A percentage of your food and beverage costs may be applied against the room rental.

0' to 10'  $45.00/month (or any portion of a month)
10' to 19' $48.00/month (or any portion of a month) 
20' to 25'  $49.00/month (or any portion of a month)
26' to 31' $52.00/month (or any portion of a month)
32' & over $54.00/month (or any portion of a month)

(Any unit that requires a portion of two(2) spaces will be charged the minimum price of $50.00/month for that space.)

Calculated length of boat INCLUDES trailer.


MINIMUM OF 5 MONTHS REQUIRED

November 1 - March 31
