Rental fee includes tables and chairs, standard set –up, tear-down, general cleaning. There will be additional charges for appropriate security. A percentage of your food and beverage costs may be applied against the room rental.
A Contingency Deposit will be Required in order to hold a date and is non-refundable if cancelled. Once the event is held, the deposit will be converted to the Damage Deposit and will be refunded within 10 days providing there is no damage.
