Modern Living Building

Built in 1938, the Modern Living Building is one of Yakima Valley’s largest and most desirable event venues. This spacious building was recently updated in 2020. With new carpet, paint, and adjustable LED lighting. The update also included remote-control darkening shades for audio-visual presentations.

Modern Living Building offers an unobstructed floor space and 30' ceilings ideal for wedding receptions, quinceañeras, and your special event.

$4,150 with private, homemade food

$3,550 with full-service catering through OVG360; 10% catering credit toward venue price will be applied

($750 deposit due with contract)
