The Agri-Fair of the Americas (AFAA) organization structure is to be formed under Internal Revenue Service codes for a 501(c)5, non-profit corporation. The association will have a Board of Directors consisting of a minimum of five (5) appointed members representing government, business, finance, farmers and education. The staffing structure shall include an Executive Director or CEO, Administrative Assistant and key managers responsible for production, marketing, finance and public relations. Other clerical and service staff may be added as needs and conditions warrant. The following chart describes the core staffing and Board of Directors structure.
