Organization & Staffing

The existing staffing structure will need to be augmented with positions that serve to administer the day-to-day demands of liaison with the Agri-Fair of the Americas in terms of program development, scheduling, facilities, operations, maintenance security and marketing. The existing organization structure is indicated in the following chart.
