4th of July Community Celebration Retail Vendor Application

Join us as a retail vendor at the 2026 4th of July Community Celebration as we commemorate America’s 250th anniversary! This free, family-friendly event attracts an estimated 15,000–20,000 attendees each year and offers a vibrant atmosphere filled with entertainment, activities, and community pride.

Booth space is FREE
COI is required
Application Deadline: May 31, 2026
Setup: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Event Hours: 12 PM - 9 PM
Vendors may begin teardown after the Fireworks show has been completed.

Please note: We are seeking retail vendors only. Submitting this application does not guarantee space at the 2026 4th of July Community Celebration. All applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be selected based on event needs, space availability, and overall vendor mix.
