ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Box Office: Accepted forms of payment are cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Checks are only accepted up until 10 business days before the event.

Concessions Stands: All concessions stands accept cash. Only the southwest concession stand accepts credit/debit cards. Concession Stands do not accept checks.

ACCESSIBILITY (ADA) INFORMATION
If you have a special need in regards to seating, please contact the SunDome Ticket Office directly at (509) 248-7160 ext. 121.

* Accessible Seating: Contact the Yakima Valley SunDome Box Office directly if you require wheelchair accessible seating for a reserved seating event. (509) 248.7160 ext. 121. Accessible seating is available on a first purchase basis.

* Assisted Listening Devices: Assisted Listening Devices are available upon request from the Ticket Office. A Photo ID is required as collateral until device is returned.

* Sign Interpreters: Sign Interpreters are available upon request. Interpreters must be requested two weeks prior to the event. To request a sign interpreter, please call (509) 248-7160 ext. 111.

Pamphlets and posters advertising companies that are not sponsors of the venue or a venue event will not be permitted unless pre-approved by the Assistant General Manager.

AGE GUIDELINES
For most events and shows, children two (2) years of age and younger will be admitted into the Yakima Valley SunDome without a ticket provided that they sit on an adult's lap and do not occupy a seat. Any child over the age of two (2) will require a ticket to enter the Arena. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children and exhibit shows) will have different age policies. If you are uncertain about the policy, please view the page for that event for show-specific policies.

AISLES
For safety and as a courtesy to other guests, aisles must be clear at all times. Please refrain from standing in the aisles during events, and follow the directions of staff in your area.

ALCOHOL POLICY
Washington State liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing alcoholic beverages into the SunDome. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Guests who appear to be under the age of 40 will be required to show approved identification. Alcohol will not be served to any one who shows signs of intoxication.

The following are the forms of non-expired identification are acceptable to verify a person's age for the purpose of selling, serving, or allowing a person to possess or consume alcohol at the Yakima Valley SunDome; Driver's license, instruction permit, or identification card of any state in the United States or province of Canada; armed forces identification card issued to active duty, reserve, and retired personnel and the personnel's dependents; Passport, Merchant Marine identification card issued by the United States Coast Guard and some tribal nation ID cards approved by the Washington State Liquor Control Board.

No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages per transaction. Alcohol beverage sales will be cut off at designated times during concerts and other events. We ask you to please drink responsibly, and we encourage the use of a designated driver. Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.

Facility management have the right to refuse service at any time, and the right to terminate alcohol sales at any time.

ANIMALS
The Yakima Valley SunDome welcomes service animals, including guide, sign, and signal dogs to aide patrons with disabilities. All other animals are prohibited.

ARENA ENTRY/PRE-EVENT SCREENING
Depending on the nature of an event or when considered necessary by facility management and/or the lessee, a Pre-Event Screening may occur. This may involve a visual inspection of small bags and purses and/or "wanding" of our guests by venue security. All guests and/or show personnel may be subject to searches prior to entering the building.

ATMs
For your convenience, there are ATMs located outside the south entrance of the SunDome, as well as inside the SunDome’s southwest & northwest corners. The Ticket Office and some Concession Stands have the ability to take credit cards.

ATTIRE
Patrons entering the facility must be properly attired, including shoes and shirt. The items must be worn at all times. Gang attire not permitted. The Yakima Valley SunDome reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive language or text.

BABY CHANGING FACILITIES
Baby changing stations are located in every restroom at the SunDome.

BACKSTAGE PASSES
The Yakima Valley SunDome does not issue backstage passes. Procedures for giveaways are collectively established by SunDome facility lessees.

BAGS, BACKPACKS & PURSES
Bags and backpacks are not allowed in the venue unless required for medical purposes. Purses and diaper bags are allowed and are subject to inspection by staff or security when entering the venue or at any time while inside the facility. The SunDome prohibits cans, bottles, containers, coolers, food and beverages from being brought into the SunDome. Prohibited items should be disposed of in trash containers or returned to one’s vehicle. For specific event information, please call the SunDome office at (509) 248-7160.

BANNERS/SIGNS
For SunDome events, please check the specific event's policies. Typically, signs larger than 2'x3' or signs that interfere with another guest's ability to view the performance are not allowed. Decorations, signs or banners may not be fastened to ceilings, painted surfaces, walls or columns.

BALLOONS
Helium Balloons of any kind are not allowed inside of the SunDome.

BOTTLES & CANS
No outside beverages are permitted in the SunDome and no cans are permitted. Exceptions may be granted for baby formula, baby bottles, baby food, medication or other special health related needs.

BOX OFFICE
The State Fair Park Box Office is located at the Deccio Administration Building.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm.
* Closed Saturdays & Sundays unless there is a ticketed event in the Arena.

If a ticketed event is on a Saturday or Sunday, the State Fair Park Box Office will open at 10:00 a.m. If an event is held on a Sunday, then the Box Office will open the Saturday prior from 10am-2pm.

On event days, the Yakima Valley SunDome Box Office, located at the NorthWest corner of the SunDome, will open two hours prior to the event. For flat/trade shows, the SunDome Box Office will open one hour prior to the event.

Methods of payment accepted are cash, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Checks are accepted up to 10 business days prior to the event. When purchasing with a credit card, you must show a valid photo ID.

Hours may vary depending on the SunDome event, during the Central Washington State Fair, or on observed Holidays. Box Office opens early for major event ticket sales.
To order by phone, you must call TicketsWest at (800) 325-7328 or go online to www.ticketswest.com. For general questions you may call the Box Office directly at (509) 248-7160 ext. 110.

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES
The permitted use of cameras varies by event. Please check the event page for specific policies on each event. Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). However, for some events, at the request of the artist/performer/team, cameras of any type may be prohibited. Video recording devices, audio recording devices, Go Pro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside the Yakima Valley SunDome at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.

CATERING BY OAK VIEW GROUP
Catering Services are proudly provided by Oak View Group. Please contact Sean McGuire at (509) 248-7160 x303 for assistance with any and all catering needs.

CELLULAR DEVICES
The use of cell phones is permitted, provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event. Video recording is not permitted.

CHARITY & FUNDRAISING
In most cases, the Yakima Valley SunDome is not the promoter of the shows and events. Therefore, we do not have the authority to donate tickets. Any requests for tickets for charitable organizations must be made on company letterhead with tax ID number and emailed to Ray Mata, Event Manager, no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. We will happily forward the request to the promoter of the show.

CHILDREN
See "Age Guidelines" above.

CONCESSIONS BY OAK VIEW GROUP
State Fair Park operates numerous fixed and portable concession stands. These stands feature traditional favorites such as hot dogs, soda and popcorn. In addition to these favorites, there are specialty items such as nachos and street tacos. Beer and liquor stands are also available.

From Seattle: East on I-90 take the I-82 South exit at Ellensburg to Yakima. In Yakima take Exit #33A West. Follow signs to the SunDome.

From Spokane: West on I-90 take the I-82 South exit at Ellensburg to Yakima. In Yakima take Exit #33A West. Follow signs to the SunDome.

From Portland: East on I-84. Take SR 97 North to I-82. On I-82 travel North to Yakima. In Yakima take Exit #34 West. Follow signs to the SunDome.

From the Tri-Cities: West on I-82 towards Prosser/Yakima. In Yakima take Exit #34 West. Follow signs to the SunDome.

DISCOUNTS
At the promoter's discretion, discounts may be offered for our SunDome Insider's Club members, groups, students or military. Some promoters will offer special "Family Four Packs" or other discounts. View the specific event page for details or call our Box Office at 509-248-7160 x110 to inquire about discounts.

DISTURBANCES
Fan courtesy is an important element of enjoyment at the Yakima Valley SunDome. Improper conduct (including profane or abusive language and the throwing of objects) may result in ejection from the facility. Repeated offenses could result in the loss of ticket privileges.

DOORS/OPENING TIMES
Doors at the SunDome open one hour before most events. Occasionally, door opening times change. View the specific event page for door opening times and other event-specific information. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for easy access to seats and services.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION
The Yakima Valley SunDome is committed to providing the highest standard of safety for our guests and management. In the case of an emergency, please proceed to the nearest exit and out of the building. Yakima Valley SunDome management have been trained to assist in emergency situations.

EMPLOYMENT
Applications for employment with the State Fair Park / Yakima Valley SunDome are available business hours at the Deccio Administration Building, southwest of the SunDome. Refer to the website employment opportunities section for currently open positions.

EVENT CANCELATION
When a concert or event has been cancelled, return the tickets to the original point of purchase for a full refund. Contact the Box Office at 509-248-7160 x110 with questions. Customers who purchased tickets through TicketsWest, either online or by phone, will receive an automatic refund to the original purchase card.

FIREARMS/WEAPONS POLICY
For the safety of all guests, firearms of any kind, regardless of permit, are not allowed in the Yakima Valley SunDome. The only exception to this is UNIFORMED law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. The presenter of an event ticket consents to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in not being admitted to the event or ejection. If a patron enters the Yakima Valley SunDome and is ejected for any reason, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.

FIRST AID/MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
EMTs are available during most Arena public events to assist guests with medical needs. In the case of an emergency, guests are encouraged to notify the nearest SunDome staff member, usher or security personnel, and he or she will radio the EMT for assistance and call 911 for aid.

FOOD & BEVERAGES POLICY
Outside food and beverages (including alcohol) are not permitted to be brought into the facility, and alcoholic beverages may not be taken out of the facility. Concession stands located throughout the facility sell various types of food, alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages. Water fountains are located throughout the facility.
* Exceptions may be granted for baby formula, baby bottles, baby food, medication, or other special health related needs.

GIVEAWAYS/PROMOTIONS
Procedures for giveaways are collectively established by SunDome facility lessees.

GROUP TICKETS
Group tickets are available for certain events at the Yakima Valley SunDome at the promoter's discretion. Please view the specific event page for information on each event.

HANDOUTS
The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets and printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on the property without written authorization from facility management.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED
The following items are not permitted in the SunDome:
· Bottles or cans
· Food or drink
· Coolers
· Frisbees and beach balls
· Laser pointers
· Any noise making devices
· Fireworks
· Illegal drugs and alcohol
· Weapons and dangerous devices of any type
· Backpacks
· Selfie Sticks
· No Pets - Service Animals Only
CWFA bans the use of all remotely controlled devises, such as aircrafts, cars, etc.
  1. No remotely controlled aircraft or ground vehicle devices are authorized to operate on, above or below CWFA property at any time without the express written consent of the Central Washington Fair Association or the proper law enforcement authority.
  2. This procedure includes, but is not limited to, unmanned aircraft systems, radio controlled model aircraft, other devices that can be operated in airspace and remote controlled cars/ground vehicles.
  3. Possession or operation of such remotely controlled aircraft or ground vehicle devices without prior written consent will result in the confiscation of all related materials, removal from the CWFA property, and/or a response from law enforcement authority.
  4. CWFA will notify the Federal Aviation Administration and/or the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), and/or any law enforcement authority deemed necessary of any incidents involving airborne aircraft or any other authorized remote controlled ground based vehicles.
  5. Events requiring the use of any such prohibited items listed above must receive a prior written notification of approval from CWFA or the proper law enforcement authority. Any and all entities requesting to utilize a remotely controlled device must sign the appropriate documentation prior to bringing any such equipment on to, above, or below CWFA property.
LOST & FOUND
During events, please turn in found items to Security. All items found are then kept in the State Fair Park Box Office. Items are held for 30 days. If left unclaimed, they will be disposed of or donated to local charities. If you have lost an item, please contact the Box Office at 509-248-7160 x110, Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm. Please note, the Yakima Valley SunDome is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

LOST CHILDREN / MISSING PERSONS
Lost children / missing persons will be taken to a safe location. Guests looking for their lost child or missing person should report directly to an event staff member for assistance.

MEDIA
All media inquiries should be directed to Ray Mata, Event Manager at 509-248-7160. Please include your name, contact info, what media you are representing, and the purpose of the article/photo. Most events require media to be pre-approved. Please send in your requests at least one to two (1-2) weeks prior.

NOISEMAKERS
Noisemakers of any kind (horns, whistles, etc.) are not allowed in the SunDome. Noise-making items found in the Dome are subject to confiscation.

PAGING
The paging of Guests in the SunDome is not permitted.

PARKING
The SunDome does charge for parking on our grounds for most events. Please refer to the event information pages for specific event information. Parking for those with disabilities is limited but available in our lots on a first come, first serve basis.

RE-ENTRY POLICY
Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Exceptions are only made in the case of personal or medical emergencies. Guests with medical emergencies who want to leave and the return should be directed to the ticket takers at the main entrance where the attendant will issue a special pass for re-entry.

SCALPING
Guests may not re-sell tickets at any price on State Fair Park property. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased through authorized TicketsWest outlets, TicketsWest online or TicketsWest charge-by-phone, or from the Arena Box Office.

SECURITY
* Disorderly Conduct: Patrons who fail to abide by Dome policies, state and federal law are subject to ejection from the facility. Any patron who is violating Dome policy will be asked to correct their behavior, if they fail to do so in a timely fashion ejection will occur. Individuals who have been ejected must vacate Dome property or be subject to arrest on trespassing charges.

* Ejections: Any guests that are ejected are no longer welcome at the SunDome for that night. Any attempts at reentry could result in arrest for trespassing. All ejected patrons must vacate Dome property.

* Intoxication: Intoxicated patrons are not to be admitted into the SunDome at any time. Intoxicated patrons are subject to ejection from the event.

* Projectiles: The throwing of projectiles in the Dome will not be tolerated. Offenders will be warned and are then subject to ejection from the SunDome.

SMOKING AREA
The SunDome is a smoke-free and vapor-free facility. Smoking & vaping is permitted only inside the designated smoking area located outside on the east-side of the SunDome.

STROLLERS
Strollers are typically welcome inside the Arena for young children and infants but are subject to search and cannot block an aisle or interfere with another person's ability to enjoy a performance. This standard policy may be changed at the discretion of the promoter.

SUNDOME INSIDER'S CLUB
SunDome Insider is a free email service offered to our customers. The service includes notification via e-mail of all concerts and special events and when they go on sale. SunDome Insider members occasionally have the ability to purchase tickets through exclusive internet pre-sales before they go on-sale to the general public for select events and exclusive ticket discounts for select events. TAILGATE PARTIES
Tailgate parties are not permitted in the SunDome parking lots.

TICKET SALES
The Yakima Valley SunDome ticket partner is TicketsWest. Tickets are available at the Yakima Valley SunDome Box Office, at all TicketsWest outlets, online at www.ticketswest.com & charge-by-phone at (800) 325-SEAT (7328).

WILL CALL
Will Call is available for ticket pick-up at the State Fair Park Box Office during regular business hours. The SunDome ticket windows, located at the NorthWest corner of the SunDome is open approximately 120 minutes prior to an event for will call ticket pick-up. The individual picking up the tickets must present his/her picture ID and the credit card used at the time of purchase.
