Ticket Office

Our friendly box office staff is available to assist you with questions about upcoming events & purchasing tickets.

The State Fair Park Box Office is located at the Deccio Administration Building.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 11am - 5pm
* Closed Saturdays & Sundays unless there is a ticketed event in the Arena.
** The Ticket Office is open past normal business hours for ticketed events ONLY.
*** Box Office opens early for major event ticket onsales.

If a ticketed event is on a Saturday or Sunday, the State Fair Park Box Office will open at 10am. If an event is held on a Sunday, the Box Office will open the Saturday prior from 10am-2pm.

On event days, the YV SunDome Box Office, located at the NorthWest corner of the SunDome, will open two hours prior to the event. For flat/trade shows, the SunDome Box Office will open one hour prior to the event.

Hours may vary depending on the SunDome event, during the CWSF, or on observed Holidays.

NOTE: Guests may not re-sell tickets at any price on State Fair Park property. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from the State Fair Park Box Office or online at www.ticketswest.com.

Special Needs & Accessibility Seating

The Yakima Valley SunDome is ADA compliant for accessibility including restrooms, parking, drop off lanes, and service counters.

Accessible seating is located on the SunDome arena floor via elevated platforms.

Accessible seating may be purchased via all available outlets.

Seating is reserved for sight/hearing impaired patrons and special amenities are available (i.e. Hearing Devices & Sign Language Interpreters). Please contact the State Fair Park Box Office at 509-248-7160 x121 if you should need the use of these special amenities.

Group Sales

Group discounts are available for most family shows and sporting events. To find out if an event is offering a group sales discount, please contact Rachel Gordon at groupsales@fairfun.com or call (509) 248-7160 ext. 205 for more information.

Group size requirements vary for each show, but will generally range between 10-20 tickets.

Seat locations are usually determined by the date that an order is placed.
