Ticket Office

Our friendly box office staff is available to assist you with questions about upcoming events and purchasing tickets.

The State Fair Park Box Office is located at the Deccio Administration Building.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 11am - 5pm
* Closed Saturdays & Sundays unless there is a ticketed event in the SunDome.
** The Ticket Office is open past normal business hours for ticketed events ONLY.
*** Box Office opens early for major event ticket sales.

On event days, the Yakima Valley SunDome Box Office — located at the northwest corner of the SunDome — opens 30 minutes prior to the event.

Hours may vary based on Yakima Valley SunDome events, the Central Washington State Fair, or observed holidays.

Fees:
* A $2.00 facility fee is included in the price of all tickets purchased for an event held at the fairgrounds, including the Yakima Valley SunDome.
* A $1.00 SaffireTix ticketing fee will be added to the price of all tickets purchased for an event held at the Fairgrounds, including the Yakima Valley SunDome, but excluding Fair.
* A 3.2% additional charge per ticket (depending on ticket price) will be added when paying by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

NOTE: Guests may not resell tickets at any price on State Fair Park property.

To guarantee the validity of your tickets and avoid issues at State Fair Park venues, always purchase tickets directly

from the State Fair Park Ticket Office (Monday-Friday, 11 am-5 pm) or StateFairPark.org -- our only official online ticket source.

State Fair Park & Event Center cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized resale sites (such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, Craigslist, Ticket Center, etc.). We also are unable to provide support, refunds, or entry for any tickets not purchased through StateFairPark.org.

Special Needs & Accessibility Seating

The Yakima Valley SunDome is ADA-compliant for accessibility, including restrooms, parking, drop-off lanes, and service counters.

Accessible seating is located on the SunDome arena floor via elevated platforms.

Accessible seating may be purchased via all available outlets.

Seating is reserved for sight/hearing-impaired patrons and special amenities are available (i.e. hearing devices & sign language interpreters). Please contact the State Fair Park Box Office at 509.248.7160 ext. 111 if you should need the use of these special amenities.

Group Discounts

Group discounts are available for most family shows and sporting events. To find out if an event is offering a group sales discount, please contact Adina Mori-Holt at groupsales@fairfun.com or call 509.248.7160 ext. 105 for more information.

Group size requirements vary by show, but generally start at 10 tickets.

Seat locations are usually determined by the date an order is placed.
